Ordered this box over the phone for someone in hotel quarantine. Daveen was so warm and helpful. My brief was: something nice and bright, springish. She did such a great job with the arrangement. Thank you! !!! I can certainly feel the heart and thoughts behind.

Favourite florist in the CBD, hands down. Can order an arrangement on the phone and get it made within an hr, and collect in store/ from the bottleo next door till they close if you’re after hours. They followed very specific instructions to the tee, and were able to accomodate my budget. Owners were friendly at pickup too. Cannot recommend enough - am going to get all my flowers from here from now on.

I came it a 4:50pm just as the shop was about to close and got a great service, pointed in the right direction with brilliant advice and a lovely bouquet of flowers. Thank you very much! The mrs loved them!

Needed last minute bouqets, all other florists rejected me because they were too busy (it was graduation day so all florists had an influx of orders to prepare), Queen St Flower Co was no exception, yet amidst their busyness they still catered to me and gave me their best available option. The instructions are straightforward, you give them a color palette and a budget, and they do the rest for you! Bouqets turned out beautiful even with such minimal budgets, the flowers in the pics were only $60 and $90! So happy with their service and will definitely come again.

I’ve been to this florist on two different occasion to get graduation banquets and Lauren was just so so so amazing! I can’t thank her enough !!! She put together such beautiful banquets that look stunning in photos. I’ve recommend this place to so many colleagues, friends and families as it is the best florist in the CBD with 10/10 banquets and 10/10 customer service. Thanks again Lauren!!!!!!!!!
